2 big ripe avocados

finely grated zest and juice of ½ large orange

2 -3 tbsp. raw honey

3 tbsp. good quality cacao powder

raspberries and mint leaves for decoration


  1. Halve the avocados, discard the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put it in the food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until creamy and thick, mousse-like texture.
  3. Serve in small ramekin, garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
