Cheese Ball Guarded by Penguins

Prep Notes

It's always fun to make this cheese ball for the winter holidays party. So festive!!!


1 (8 oz.) package organic cream cheese, room temp

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

3 green onions, finely chopped

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. turmeric

¼ tsp. paprika

¼ tsp. celery salt

¼ tsp. pink Himalayan salt

1½ cup chopped pecans


  1. In a large bowl,beat cream cheese, pineapple, green onion, and all seasonings until smooth.
  2. Spread chopped pecans on the separate plate.
  3. Using the silicon spatula, shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball and carefully drop it on the top of the pecans. Roll it on the plate until all sides are covered with nuts and the nice round ball is formed.
  4. Put it on the plate or in a bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
