Asian Red Cabbage Salad

½ small red cabbage, thinlysliced

1 small carrot, grated

3 green onions, chopped

2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


In small bowl, whisk together:

2 tbsp. freshly squeezed limejuice

2 tbsp. sesame or olive oil

1 tbsp. light soy sauce

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

 2 tsp. honey

¼ tsp. black pepper


  1. In a big bowl,add thinly sliced red cabbage. Season with kosher salt and massage with your hands to break down the cabbage.
  2. Add carrot, green onion, mint and cilantro.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mix and toss until well combined.
  4. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped cilantro on top.
